The Global Village Connect Travel Difference

We connect school to school, organization to organization, community to community and person to person. And we start the process before the trip begins. Connecting with a community before you go on a trip makes your service work even more meaningful. Why? Because when you know who you’re helping, you know how to help.

When your group has decided on its program, our purpose-built nonprofit foundation will work with you to develop and implement your service project!

We’re not the biggest company of our kind, but staying small keeps us hands-on in peer communities! Our size and focus also promotes safety, which is our top priority. Parents can be certain their kids are well cared at all times by trained, experienced staff, many of whom have been with us for year. Parents can call and connect with us at any time.

I have served as a group leader on 3 Global Village Connect Travel service trips (South Africa, Nicaragua, and Thailand) and each experience has been absolutely incredible!  The trips allow participants to immerse themselves in the culture and truly have an impact on the communities they are serving.  All of our teens were engaged and motivated to try new things in order to leave their mark on the people and their society.  It’s also great to get updates from the local villages so we can stay in touch and keep up with how our efforts are affecting the daily lives of the people we serve!

Creating Global Citizens!

We’d love to hear about your goals and tell you about our teen travel programs. We can work one on one with you to create an itinerary that suits your needs and curriculum or you can choose one of our existing programs.

Global Village Connect Travel programs teach the importance of learning from each other about how best to solve the most basic global issues; hunger, health, education and economic security. We value a world where we exchange ideas and solutions and experience meaningful relationships across all boundaries. We strive to educate and create global citizens while improving quality of life for all.
